Insightly Connector
With the WiseTime for Insightly Connector you can effortlessly enrich your CRM with accurate data on the time invested in your clients. WiseTime automatically records the time you spend on individual contacts so you can see just how much time it takes to nurture leads, close deals and provide ongoing customer support.
Know exactly where time is being invested
WiseTime works autonomously while you do, leaving you with an accurate account of where your time was spent. You can see how much time you spend nurturing leads, negotiating sales and providing support. This accurate insight into where you are investing your time gives you the power to analyse strategies and workflows with greater confidence or to implement successful service plans. With WiseTime acting as your timekeeping PA, you can also easily facilitate and manage flexible work arrangements, remote workers or contract working relationships.
WiseTime for Insightly in action
The WiseTime Application will work autonomously in the background of your computer and collate the activity from your day in your own private timeline. WiseTime uses information from the window title of your active window to determine the activity, (such as, for example, the subject of your email or your document name). These activities appear in your private WiseTime timeline for you to review.
You’ll notice that many of the activities have automatically been tagged with the right client references from Insightly.
Effortlessly categorise your activity
With the WiseTime Connector installed, all of your organisations from Insightly will be created as tags within WiseTime. We’ve even made it smarter by including contacts as aliases for their respective organisation. Each time a new organisation or contact is added, your WiseTime tags are updated.
This means that when you are corresponding with a certain organisation or relevant contact, WiseTime can automatically tag that activity with the correct organisation. When you post your time, it will flow directly into Insightly and you can see the total time spent working on each organisation within the details section.
Note the detail in the information
You can get an even more detailed view of the activity for each organisation by looking at the notes attached. Each time someone posts their activity to Insightly, a note is added that shows you the detail of the activities posted, as well as the total time being added to the organisation.
You’ll also be able to see a breakdown of the top ten organisations you have been working with on your WiseTime dashboard. This gives you a fantastic overview of where your attention has been for a given period.
