If you have already installed the WiseTime Add-In on your computer, it should sync through to your mobile Outlook Email app.
If you haven’t installed the add-in on your computer, then you can add it via your Outlook Email App by searching for WiseTime from the Add-ins catalogue within Settings
To log time against an email, you must be in reader view of the email you would like to capture.
1 . To the right of the sender and recipient info, click on the “…” then the WiseTime icon on the pop-up screen
2 . You will then be prompted to log in to your Timeline for the first time
3 . Once logged in, you can adjust the amount of time you wish to log and then hit ‘submit’
4 . The time will now be posted to your Timeline and you can close the window.
